
Tournament format is Determined based on location and number of Fields.

The time limit for games will be 75 minutes, finish the inning unless it is a 1 day tournament then it will be 60 minutes, finish the inning.

All rosters must be updated and entered online in Tourney Machine prior to 7:00AM on Saturday. NO Hand written or paper rosters will be expected. *IF NO roster is online prior to the tournament starting, your team will be disqualified from receiving the prize*

Players MUST participate in the tournament BOTH DAYS to be eligible to receive the custom gloves. The team may only carry up to a maximum of 12 girls as ONLY 12 gloves per winning team will be given out. If you choose to carry more than 12 players on your team, it is up to the tournament director to allow additional gloves or a discounted price for the gloves to be given for the extra players.

A Team can not have more than 2 guest players in the tournament. If a team must have a guest player they have gain approval from the Director and fill out the guest player form. The Guest player upon approval must follow all FDF age rules and eligibility. No Guest Pitchers are allowed for this event.

There are NO Collective teams allowed in the glove tournament. All teams must register, pay the entry fee, have an updated online roster on tourney machine and have current team insurance on file.
A team who has played in any sanction in a different age division with at least 50% of the players listed on the roster CAN NOT Play down in a lower division regardless of age eligibility. If found the team will be disqualified from receiving the gloves.

If any glove tournament is cancelled due to weather or any other circumstances
all FDF credits rules will apply. NO gloves will be awarded unless all games for that division is completed and a winner is determined by play.
